The WIPERAPP Admin Dashboard serves as a centralized hub, giving you complete control over essential components such as reports, licenses, tokens, settings, downloads, and issues. The Profile component in the WIPERAPP Admin Dashboard lets you update your Name and Company name.
Step 1: Click on your profile menu from the top-right corner of the interface.
Step 2: Select the Profile option from the drop-down menu.
This will display your current name and the company name you registered with on WIPERAPP.
Step 3: To change your Name or Company name, click on the Name or Company input field to make it editable.
TIP: The Company name field will appear on every data-wiping report.
Step 4: Enter the desired values and click on the Save button to confirm the changes.
Your Name and Company Name will be successfully updated on the WIPERAPP server.
A Redeem Code is a 20-character alphanumeric code that provides you with a free license to explore WIPERAPP's functionality and capabilities. You can receive a redeem code in your email address upon request.
Step 1: Click on your profile in the top-right corner of the interface.
Step 2: Select the Redeem Code option from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Enter the Redeem Code you received in your registered email address. Then, click on the Redeem button to redeem the code.
Your Redeem Code will be applied successfully.
Step 4: Click on the Licenses section at the top.
You will now discover the associated licenses added to your account.
WIPERAPP continuously develops and updates the software, so temporary technical problems might occasionally occur. If you believe you have discovered a bug in the system, you can report it using the contact form at issues.
NOTE: Only registered users can access the contact form.
Step 1: Navigate to the Issues section from the top to open the contact form.
Step 2: Enter a clear and descriptive title in the Title field for your issue.
Step 3: Select the type of issue from the dropdown menu as shown in the snippet:
Step 4: Clearly describe the issue in the Message field. You can include the steps to reproduce the issue. Then, click the Add Issue button to submit it.
Your issue will be successfully added and sent to the WIPERAPP support team.
The Downloads component in the WIPERAPP Admin Panel allows you to download the latest version of the WIPERAPP ISO. These ISO files are updated regularly to include new features, fixes, and compliance enhancements.
